What We're Looking For / Required Experience

• 7+ years of backend development experience with distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Go and/or Python
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent platforms)
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from concept through production release.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Prior startup or early-stage product development experience.
