The Role

Rivio is building the procurement intelligence platform that enterprise teams actually want to use. We're a small, high-output team that moves fast and we're looking for an SDR who wants to be the engine behind our go-to-market from day one.

This is a founding GTM role. You'll work directly with our CEO and sales leadership to develop outbound strategy, build pipeline, and set up the conversations that turn into customers. You won't be handed a playbook – you'll help write it.

What You'll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel: research and identify ideal customers, build prospect lists, and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Book qualified meetings for our sales leadership — quality over quantity
  • Iterate on messaging based on what's working; share learnings with the team and help refine our ICP
  • Develop and maintain sales content: sequences, call scripts, and prospecting templates
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics; use data to improve your own conversion rates
  • Represent Rivio at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Comfortable with rejection and genuinely energized by the early stage where you don't need a playbook to get started
  • Strong written and verbal communicator – you can craft a cold email that doesn't feel cold
  • Fluent with modern sales tools (Apollo, Clay, LGM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Attio, Claude Cowork, or similar)
  • AI-native: you use AI tools to research faster, write better, and outpace the competition

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into procurement, finance, or operations personas
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or as an early GTM hire
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-threaded outreach
