About You:

Outtake is looking for an Agent Deployment Lead — a technical product evangelist who bridges the gap between our customers' needs and our engineering capabilities. We're seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, with the technical acumen to dive deep into complex implementations and the communication skills to own executive relationships.

This person will be instrumental in supporting our most complex enterprise deals, owning post-sale customer success, and directly influencing our product roadmap based on real customer needs. The right candidate has an insatiable curiosity about product excellence and genuinely enjoys being the connective tissue between what customers want and what we build.

What you’ll need to bring

  • 4-8 years of experience, ideally in product management, solutions engineering, or customer success roles

  • Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical implementations

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to dig beneath the surface and question assumptions

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences

  • Natural curiosity and genuine passion for product excellence and continuous improvement

  • Highly adaptable with ability to context-switch between customer conversations and technical deep-dives

What you'll achieve

  • Partner with Sales on technical discovery and solution design for complex, high-value deals

  • Demo new product capabilities and guide customers through feature rollouts

  • Collaborate with Engineering to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact

  • Serve as the first line of testing for new features, ensuring exceptional user experience before customer release

What Success Looks Like

  • Own the end-to-end customer relationship post-sale, serving as the primary technical point of contact

  • Lead technical implementations, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption of our platform

  • Translate customer feedback and field insights into actionable product requirements

  • Identify patterns in customer needs to drive strategic product decisions
