In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment while also providing day to day HR support. The role blends talent acquisition, including building pipelines, shaping hiring strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with HR generalist support to ensure that employees and managers are set up for success throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your Role at ONI:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from intake with hiring managers through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across technical, commercial, and operational functions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Use data and market insights to advise on hiring strategies, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Conduct market mapping and sourcing through LinkedIn to supplement inbound candidates
  • Set up workflows and scorecards on Lever, ensure integrations with HRIS are smooth
  • Conduct detailed screening interviews in person and on-line with candidates to ensure a thorough understanding for fit to role and culture.
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and measure the success of these approaches
  • Manage all candidate interactions from interview scheduling, meeting and greeting, through to the job offer and references, ensuring their experience is smooth and engaging
  • Produce metrics and analysis, supported by anecdotal experience from self and managers to review the success and learning from each campaign
  • Maintain recruiting dashboards and metrics for constant process improvement
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a smooth transitio
  • Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews, feedback collection, and coordination of leaver processes
  • Provide support on HR process improvements, including documentation, workflow efficiency, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Advise managers and employees on basic HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Contribute to initiatives around employee engagement, performance, and culture.
  • Assist with HR compliance, data accuracy, and documentation.
  • Partner with leadership on special projects, such as workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and career development programs.

Essential skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in talent acquisition and HR.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping).
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever preferred)
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Organized, data-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge of ADP iHCM
