At Medcrypt, we aren’t just “checking boxes” for compliance; we are securing the future of healthcare. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who treats every customer relationship as a long-term partnership, someone who thrives on turning a signed contract into a thriving, growing account that renews itself.
This is a role for a relationship-builder who understands that retention and expansion are earned, not assumed. You’ll be the face of Medcrypt for our enterprise customers and an internal advocate for their success, ensuring every account is met with proactive engagement, clear communication, and a whatever-it-takes commitment to delivering value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Customer Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, owning the relationship from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
  • Drive Retention & Growth: Hit and exceed targets for net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Medcrypt’s product portfolio and turn them into closed business.
  • Lead Onboarding & Adoption: Partner with Services and Support to ensure customers get to value quickly. Build adoption plans, track usage and health metrics, and step in early when an account shows signs of risk.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Translate customer needs, feedback, and friction into clear input for Product, Services, and Sales. Advocate internally to get your customers what they need to succeed.
  • Speak the Customer’s Language: Hold credible conversations about medical device cybersecurity, regulatory pressure, and risk—connecting Medcrypt’s value to the business and compliance outcomes your customers care about.
  • Run a Tight Book of Business: Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline, and account plans. Keep CRM hygiene high and deliver polished QBRs and renewal proposals that reflect well on Medcrypt.

Who You Are

  • The Trusted Partner: You have 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or relationship-driven sales for a SaaS or technology business. You know how to grow an account, not just service it.
  • Commercially Minded: You’re comfortable owning a number. You understand renewals, expansion, and the mechanics of NRR, and you know how to navigate a contract conversation without losing the relationship.
  • Security-Fluent (Not Security-Deep): You don’t need to architect a threat model, but you can hold your own in a conversation about cybersecurity, compliance, and risk—and quickly learn the specifics of the medical device space.
  • An Elite Communicator: You can build rapport with practitioners and credibility with executives in the same meeting. You handle difficult conversations—renewals at risk, scope disagreements, escalations—with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You don’t wait for a customer to churn before you act. You anticipate friction, surface risks early, and clear obstacles before they become escalations.

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years in enterprise account management, customer success, or commercial relationship management for a SaaS or B2B technology company, with a track record measured by retention, renewals, and expansion.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a book of business or revenue/retention targets, including managing renewals and identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts—risk, compliance, security controls, and the threat landscape—sufficient to engage customers credibly and grow into the medical device domain.
  • Strong commercial instincts: comfort discussing pricing, contracts, and value, and the judgment to balance commercial goals against the health of the relationship.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and competing priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead QBRs, executive conversations, and renewal negotiations with polish and clarity.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Comfort with CRM, customer success, and account-planning tooling, and a tech-forward mindset toward leveraging AI and automation to work smarter.
  • Bonus: exposure to healthcare, medical devices, regulated industries, or selling into security/compliance buyers.
