About Inworld
At Inworld, we believe that the benefits of AI should extend beyond business workflows to the applications and experiences that we enjoy every day. We began by pushing the frontier of lifelike, interactive characters for games and entertainment, pioneering realtime conversational AI at scale. Today, we apply that expertise to provide the multimodal models, pipelines and tools needed to build and evolve consumer-scale, real-time conversational AI applications across learning, health, social, assistants, games and media.
We’ve raised more than $125M from Lightspeed, Section 32, Kleiner Perkins, Microsoft’s M12 venture fund, Founders Fund, Meta and Stanford, among others. Our technology has powered experiences from companies such as NVIDIA, Microsoft Xbox, Niantic, Logitech Streamlabs, Wishroll, Little Umbrella and Bible Chat. We’ve also been recognized by CB Insights as one of the 100 most promising AI companies globally and have been named one of LinkedIn's Top 10 Startups in the USA.
Your impact
We’re looking for an experienced GTM Lead who will drive Inworld’s market presence and build transformative relationships with customers and partners. This is a high-visibility, externally facing role where you’ll own the customer journey from first conversation through successful onboarding. You will be the strategist and executor who identifies new markets, crafts customer journeys, and accelerates adoption of Inworld’s solutions. By connecting customer needs with product innovation, you will play a critical role in shaping our GTM playbook, fueling growth, and positioning Inworld as the trusted partner at the forefront of AI adoption.
What you’ll do
Drive new customer acquisition and partnerships through proactive outreach and pipeline building
Build trusted relationships with external prospects and guide them through the sales cycle
Ensure smooth customer onboarding in collaboration with Product and TPM teams
Surface customer insights and feedback to influence roadmap priorities and GTM strategies
Independently manage deals end-to-end, from prospecting through to close and customer adoption
Explore new verticals and markets by identifying trends and evolving client needs
What you’ll bring
Track record of strong relationship management skills with external-facing client or partner roles and experience driving toward mutual goals
Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build trust with technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable running multiple opportunities in parallel
Strong independent execution and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Empathy-driven communicator with a client-first approach
Thrive in ambiguity and see constant change as opportunity, not obstacle
Prior work with AI, SaaS, or technical products
Prior exposure to a product-led growth strategy and usage-based business model
BA/BS degree or higher, with technical degrees a plus
Bonus Qualifications
Startup experience, ideally at a high-growth company
Consulting or partnerships background with exposure to high-tech industries
Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week).
