About The Role
As the Vice President of the Strategic Partnerships Team at Evidation, you will play a pivotal role in building a team that will drive our growth and expand our reach within the healthcare and life science industries. You will be responsible for building a team that identifies, develops, and closes multi-year and multi-product strategic deals that will revolutionize how health is measured and improved through data-driven insights from everyday life. You will have sellers and supporting functions reporting directly to you, so that you can teach other sellers how to build these strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience working with or for life sciences companies, with a higher emphasis placed on customer-facing roles with leading global biopharmaceutical firms Proven track record of success in sales within the biopharma industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels Preferred:

The compensation for this full-time position includes salary + commission + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
180,000 - 240,000 USD per year(Remote)

What You'll Do
- Hire, onboard, and coach individual sellers on a weekly basis.
- Teach, train, and coach sellers to hit their KPI’s and sales expectations.
- Guide operations on reporting, KPIs, territory construction, quota setting.
- You may also have direct ownership of accounts → Find, progress, and close multi-year partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing value generation.
- Provide strategic input to commercial initiatives based on market feedback.
- Strategic Influence:

- Commercial Strategy: Define and oversee the go-to-market approach, pricing, positioning, and revenue model.
- Big Bets/Market Expansion: Pursue big bets that are not the focus of the sales team. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Pitches, marketing materials, sales collateral, conference strategy, webinar strategy.
- Advanced degree (eg, MBA, MS)
- Strategy background with experience in using high value, consultative business development approaches and managing customer relationships
