The Opportunity

Ema’s Builder Academy is the gateway through which enterprise builders learn to deploy Ema’s AI Employees at scale. We are looking for an Academy Operations Specialist who is obsessed with learner experience, operational precision, and platform health. You will own Thinkific end-to-end—ensuring courses are live, learners are enrolled and certified, content stays current with the product, and the Academy runs as a world-class program. This is not a passive admin role. You are the operational backbone of one of Ema’s most strategic growth levers: builder adoption and activation.

What You’ll Do

  • The Platform Owner: Own end-to-end administration of Thinkific (Builder Academy LMS). Manage portal configuration, structure, and learner access. Update and maintain look & feel to align with Ema’s brand. Ensure platform reliability, usability, and operational hygiene.

  • The Learner Shepherd: Manage learner enrollment across all Builder courses. Evaluate submissions and track learner progress. Monitor completion rates and ensure timely certification.

  • The Content Operator: Partner cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Content to source and operationalize incremental content updates. Program-manage timelines to keep Academy content aligned with Ema’s evolving product capabilities. Implement and publish updated course materials.

  • The Experience Guardian: Serve as the primary point of contact for Academy-related support—access issues, navigation queries, course questions. Resolve learner issues efficiently and proactively reduce friction. Identify recurring pain points and improve the learner experience.

  • The Insights Engine: Manage reporting and dashboards for Academy performance. Track key metrics including enrollment, engagement, completion, and adoption. Generate insights to improve course effectiveness and learner activation. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 Years in Operations, LMS Administration, or Program Coordination: You have managed a learning platform or operational program in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Platform-Proficient: You are comfortable with LMS tools (ideally Thinkific), CRM systems, and basic data and reporting tools.

  • Detail-Oriented Executor: You don’t drop balls. You manage multiple parallel workflows with precision and without being reminded.

  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: You know how to work with Product, GTM, and Content teams to hit deadlines and ship updates on time.

  • Learner-First Mindset: You genuinely care about the learner experience and proactively look for ways to reduce friction before learners even report issues.

  • Data-Informed: You can build and read dashboards, track metrics, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • AI-Curious: You’re excited to use AI tools to improve your own operational efficiency and stay ahead of the curve.
