Why this role matters

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who blends craft, systems thinking, and creative ambition to bring the Dave brand to life across campaigns, product touchpoints, and owned channels.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-output design team that partners across Growth, Brand, Product, and CRM to shape storytelling that converts. This role is ideal for a seasoned IC who loves turning creative insights into visuals that drive results—and who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.

Challenges you’ll tackle

  • Designing high-volume creative without creative burnout—finding new ways to stay inspired, efficient, and brand-aligned

  • Navigating performance-driven creative that also tells a cohesive story—balancing storytelling and scale

  • Building creative systems that serve both product and growth marketing needs across multiple audiences and platforms

  • Introducing new tools (e.g., GenAI) into your design workflow to improve speed, experimentation, and iteration

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of marketing or brand design experience, ideally within tech, fintech, or consumer product environments

  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing and cross-channel campaigns (social, web, mobile, email, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with GenAI, Jira, and Frame.io a plus

  • Data-savvy mindset—you use metrics to inform decisions, not just validate them

  • Collaborative, low-ego approach—you’re energized by building alongside smart people, not working in a silo

In your first 6–12 months, success looks like:

  1. Designs that drive outcomes. Your work improves KPIs across channels—clickthrough rates, conversion, and engagement

  2. Brand consistency at scale. You elevate and extend our visual language while honoring Dave’s voice and guidelines

  3. Strong cross-functional presence. Partners trust you to turn creative briefs into compelling, strategic output

  4. Craft + speed. You deliver excellent work fast, using systems, templates, and GenAI to scale production

  5. Proactive problem-solver. You bring insights from data, feedback, and trends to optimize and evolve creative
