We are seeking a motivated and independently driven Scientist to join our team investigating Parkinson ’ s disease biology using iPSC-derived cells and in vivo models. The successful candidate will oversee animal studies and data analysis, and design and execute cell-based assays to advance our understanding of Parkinson’s disease within a collaborative, cross-functional research team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, optimize, and perform cell-based assays using iPSC-derived cells
  • Conduct standard molecular biology experiments including Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, etc.
  • Perform cell-based imaging and immunohistochemistry (IHC) to assess protein localization, expression, and cellular phenotypes
  • Manage external collaborations and coordinate activities with contract research organizations (CROs)
  • Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data to project teams and external partners
  • Collaborate effectively with scientists across multiple therapeutic areas and functional groups
  • Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to scientific reports and publications


Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in Immunology, Neuroscience, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques
  • Proficiency in standard molecular biology methods
  • Experience with imaging techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with iPSC culture and differentiation
  • Experience with immunohistochemistry (IHC)
  • Experience managing CRO relationships or external collaborations
  • Track record of scientific presentations and/or publications


$65 - $80 an hour
